From August 15 to October 25, 2026, Heritage Montreal invites the public to the newest edition of ArchitecTours. In this 50th anniversary year of the Montreal Olympic Games, join our volunteer guides to discover the sometimes spectacular, sometimes unknown heritage of the sporting facilities of the city. Inaugurated for the 1976 Olympic Games, the Complexe Claude-Robillard stands out as a world-class sports centre available to all. It is located in a predominantly residential neighbourhood, notably shaped by the development of housing cooperatives in the 1960s. On this tour, you’ll also see how design and innovation are being put to work for sports with the recent completion of the Stade de soccer de Montréal. Starting point: Collège André-Grasset entrance (10 min walk from métro Crémazie), 1001, Crémazie E End point: Outside the Stade de soccer de Montréal (10-15 min bus ride to métro Fabre with the #45 bus) Please note: this tour ends far from its starting point. This activity is presented by La Caisse and made possible thanks to the support of the Government of Canada's Young Canada Works program. Media partner: The Main. Thank you!
